Calling all armchair golf pundits, this is your chance to finally prove to everyone how much you know as The European Tour Fantasy Race offers you the chance to ‘Beat the Experts’ at the Dubai World Championship presented by DP World.
Our panel of golf commentators – Renton Laidlaw, Warren Humphreys and Dominique Boulet - have picked the 15 players they think will fare best over the Jumeirah Golf Estates’ Earth Course, and if you can beat them you will be entered into a free prize draw to win a fantastic golfing prize from the Dubai World Championship.
It has been a thrilling 2011 for The European Tour, and equally so for those elite fantasy managers that have found themselves atop the pressure packed season-long Fantasy Race leaderboard.
The overall winner will win a fabulous trip to Dubai including business class flights from any Emirates Destination, luxury accommodation at the Atlantis, The Palm and the chance to play round the season-deciding Earth Course with some new Titleist clubs. There’s a range of Titleist equipment and balls also up for grabs for the top 20 managers at the end of the season.
And while the holiday to Dubai may be out of reach to most at this late stage, anyone who can ‘Beat the Experts’ at the Dubai World Championship will have the chance to take home a top prize, whether they have been playing the game all year or have just decided to get involved as 2011 rises to an almighty crescendo.
It is sure to be a spellbinding climax to the year, whoever finds themselves holing that winning putt on Sunday, and it could be an equally fantastic finale for a manager who ‘Beats the Experts’ and claims this one week only prize. All teams who finish ahead of the “Pundits Picks” in the final week will be entered into a prize draw to win a signed commemorative flag from the 2011 winner, Dubai World Championship cap, shirt and jacket and a Titleist bag.
All new teams, and any changes to existing line-ups, must be registered by 12:00 GMT on Wednesday 7 December so sign into your European Tour Fantasy Race team or register and pick your elite 15 to be eligible.
The Beat the Experts competition is open to new or existing managers, so whether you are new to the game this week or have been playing all season, you could be a winner in the final week.
