British Masters: Day 2 in numbers

Following an exciting and dramatic opening two rounds at Woburn Golf Club in England, we take a statistical look at the play so far with the 13 best facts and figures from the British Masters so far.

133- The leading score shared by overnight leader Matthew Fitzpatrick and four-time European Tour winner Søren Kjeldsen.

0- Times Fitzpatrick has led after both the opening rounds in a European Tour event before this week.

4- Of the 41 European Tour events this season have been won by players who led after both rounds one and two (Branden Grace at the Alfred Dunhill Championship, Andy Sullivan at the South African Open, Jordan Spieth at the Masters and David Horsey at the Made In Denmark).

1- Dropped shot from Shane Lowry and Fabrizio Zanotti through 36 holes. No one is bogey-free.

367- European Tour starts without a victory for Richard Bland, the second most among active players (Drysdale 373). The 42 year old shot 67 today to move into a tie for third.

9- New clubs in Marc Warren's bag this week. The Scot has added a new driver, new irons and a new ball. All seems to be going well so far after rounds of 65 and 71 have the three-time winner inside the top ten heading into the weekend.

3- Missed fairways for Ian Poulter at his home course this week. No in the field has missed fewer.

1- Of the 120 players in the field averaged over 300 yards off the tee today. With the soft, wet conditions underfoot only Johan Carlsson broke the 300 mark.
