General

The course was opened in 1996, designed by Fred Hawtree. The front nine holes are more undulating than the back nine; also there are more trees on the front nine than on the back which is quite exposed. The water hazards only come into play on holes 15 and 16. The four par 3 holes are especially interesting.

Since the last time the Tour played here, new fairway bunkers have been added to holes 4, 9, 11, 13, 14 and 18. There are new tees on holes 9 and 16 (adding 40 yards); and a new green has been built on hole 9. It is a testing finish to the course, with hole 16 measuring 599 yards, and hole 18 at 447 yards.

Weather forecast for tournament shows scattered showers expected throughout.
