Crans Montana: A favourite destination with the players

The Omega European Masters is one of the most popular stops on the European Tour for the players and fans alike. Some of our stars were keen to share their pictures and love for Crans Montana and Crans-sur-Sierre GC on social media...

Matt Fitzpatrick started with a disappointing 75, before battling back to finish in a tie for seventh place. The Englishman was also lucky enough to celebrate his 22nd birthday with this view:

Pablo Larrazábal was in Crans Montana with his wife Gala Ortin and their beloved dog Roy. When you've flown Roy all the way out to Switzerland, it would only be right to pose for this great shot overlooking the Rhône Valley with him:

Beef-mania came to the mountains of Switzerland last week. Literally, as the very popular Englishman made his way all the way up to the Glacier in the Swiss Alps. We just hope his beard did not freeze:

2015 champion Danny Willett also took the chance to bring his family out with him and was keen to sample some of the culinary delights on offer in the town, at a restaurant owned and run by famous chef Michel Roux:
