Part of the fun for the DP World Tour's dual members is enjoying the experience of life on the PGA TOUR together, with several of the Class of 2025 coming together to form a team at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans.
Eight of the ten players who earned playing rights on the PGA TOUR for the 2026 season via the Race to Dubai Rankings Delivered by DP World are taking their place in the 160-strong field, consisting of 80 two-player teams, with four of them playing together.
Haotong Li and Jordan Smith, who have six DP World Tour titles between them, and English duo John Parry and Dan Brown - both two-time winners on golf's Global Tour - are combining in pursuit of a breakthrough PGA TOUR title.
Good friends Li and Smith regularly play practice rounds together stateside, while Parry and Brown both hail from Yorkshire, England, highlighting how personal connections from the DP World Tour are helping players to acclimatise both on and off the course.
“I try and play practice rounds with Marco [Penge] and John Parry and I get on with Haotong Li so we try and play practice rounds together as well," Smith said in an interview with the DP World Tour earlier this month.
"It’s nice having those guys around and socialising with those."
In another all-English team, Marco Penge - last year's Race to Dubai runner-up - is forging a partnership with five-time DP World Tour winner Matt Wallace, while Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen has called upon Jacob Skov Olesen to serve as his partner, with his fellow Dane benefiting from a sponsor's exemption
Kristoffer Reitan, who along with Neergaard-Petersen is a winner on the 2026 Race to Dubai, is joining forces with Norwegian counterpart Kris Ventura, while Japan's Keita Nakajima is pairing up with Kensei Hirata.
But it's not just dual members lining up, with the headline pairing arguably being the in-form Fitzpatrick siblings.
Joining Matt, twice a winner on the PGA TOUR in the past two months, is younger brother Alex, who will make his first start worldwide since clinching his first DP World Tour title at the Hero Indian Open.
Matthieu Pavon, who earned dual membership to the PGA TOUR from the DP World Tour in 2023, teams up with Martin Couvra, a week before the Sir Henry Cotton Rookie of the Year for 2025 makes the defence of his first DP World Tour title at the Turkish Airlines Open.
Casey Jarvis of South Africa, a two-time winner this season on the DP World Tour who made his Masters debut earlier this month, has received a sponsor's exemption and will play alongside Canadian A.J. Ewart.
In total, there are 23 DP World Tour members teeing it up at TPC Louisiana, with 2024 winner Shane Lowry in action alongside fellow Major champion Brooks Koepka.
