Believe it or not, Rory McIlrroy's hole-in-one in 2015 was the first of his professional career. "Obviously the beers are on me tonight," said Rory afterwards.

Rory and Martin Kaymer played together at Abu Dhabi GC in 2011, less than a year after the latter had won the US PGA Championship for his first Major. Just five months later, the Northern Irishman had his own first Major in the bag.
7) Rock v Tiger
How often do you get to go up against a 14-time Major winner? Not only did Robert Rock do just that in 2012, but he beat him to the title for his second tour win.

With time to spare before he gets his game face on, Henrik said hello to a local ahead of this year's tournament.
