From London to Faro, we're in Portugal for the tenth edition of the Portugal Masters. Andy Sullivan will defend the title he won by eight shots last year as many others battle to keep their Tour card for next season. Expect lots of birdies at Oceânico course with the weather looking good until the weekend.
With that in mind, our stats guru has weighed up the facts and figures and thinks the following three players could be a perfect fit for yourDaily Fantasy Team…
Pick of the favourites: Alex Noren
View player profile
It's hard to overlook a player who has won three times in his last eight starts and Alex Noren is deserving of the "favourite" tag this week in Portugal. Now at a career-best 18th in the world rankings, the Swede has been in stunning form over the last four months. He is 52 under par for his last four events with an average score of 67.8. He has three top 20s at this event in his career including a sixth place finish back in 2009 and has shown he isn't afraid to make birdies. His three recent wins have come at 14, 17 and 18 under par respectively. Noren is second on Tour in scrambling, of those who've played more than 50 rounds and he led the British Masters field in both Putts and Putts per GIR last week. It would be a historic achievement for the 34 year old to pick up his fourth win of the season but it's certainly not unlikely.
Form Horse: Tommy Fleetwood

Other than Noren, Tommy Fleetwood may be the most in form man on Tour. The 25 year old has finished in the top 15 in his last five starts which includes an impressive top five finish in England last week. Fleetwood's game appears to have clicked after a string of eight events with just two cuts made. He has a 68.4 average at this event and has finished in the top 30 in each of the last three seasons. With a tee to green game like Fleetwood possesses, one that has ranked in the top 25 in Greens in Regulation the last three seasons, don't be surprised to see his name on the leaderboard over the weekend.
Wildcard: Stephen Gallacher

It's not been an easy 18 months for Stephen Gallacher. Injury problems have stunted the Scot's form that saw him qualify for the 2014 Ryder Cup team. However, a top 15 finish last week at the British Masters showed a glimpse of the 41 year old's talent and he arrives in Portugal on the back of six straight rounds of 70 or better. When you consider that Gallacher has finished in the top ten here in each of the last three years, there is some serious potential in having him on your Fantasy team this week.
Those are our three picks, now it's time to make yours. Whether you are playing theFantasy Race to Dubaior ournew Daily Fantasy Game, be sure to make your picks before Wednesday night. Good luck!
