An impressive putting display helped Dane Søren Hansen secure his second European Tour title, as illustrated by the Genworth Financial Statistics. Hansen secured a four stroke victory in the Mercedes-Benz Championship at GC Gut Lärchenhof after finishing in the top ten in both the Putts per Greens in Regulation Category and the Putts per Round Category, needing just 28 putts on the final day.
His approach play was another strength throughout the week and he hit 73.6 per cent of the greens in regulation on the final day, equating to 13.2 greens round which placed him 11th in that category.
