Du Plessis' birdie blitz

The South African surged into a two-shot lead thanks to a birdie blitz to start his back nine during his third round. The 29-year-old enjoyed five in a row from the tenth before adding another at the 17th to set the clubhouse target of 14 under following a brilliant 62.

Tshepo Matshisevhe (13.5 hcp) took on the Beat the Pro challenge at the ninth hole and hooked one straight into the bridge. However, he earned one of the luckiest bounces you will ever see and his smile says it all.
