European Tour Member Nick O’Hern of Australia carded a third round 64 at the PGA Tour’s Booz Allen Classic to jump 30 places on the leaderboard, into a tie for fifth position going into the final round.
O’Hern is on 11 under par, one behind his European Tour colleague Daniel Chopra of Sweden and eight behind the leader, 2003 Open Champion Ben Curtis of the USA.
Ireland’s Padraig Harrington, meanwhile, moved to ten under par after a third round of 68 at TPC Avenal.
