European Tour Member Louis Oosthuizen produced a superb up and down to set up an intriguing weekend battle for at the Vodacom Championship at Pretoria Country Club.
Oosthuizen’s four under par 68 matched that of his great friend Charl Schwartzel to leave the pair in a tie for third place alongside Brandon Pieters, just two strokes behind the halfway leader Adilson da Silva of Brazil.
Da Silva, who negotiated the Gary Player design in a flawless 67, set the early clubhouse target at 10 under par 134. Mark Murless got closest to da Silva and will begin the third round just one stroke of the lead after his own second round 68.
