Premium Experiences FAQs

Please see the following information regarding Premium Experiences at the Betfred British Masters hosted by Sir Nick Faldo 2023.

TICKETS:

Do I need to print my ticket out?

There is no need for you to print your ticket out. We only ask that it is easily accessible on your phone as it will be required at both the main entrance and when you check-in to hospitality.

When am I due to receive my e-tickets?

Tickets will be sent via email approximately 4 weeks out from the event. All tickets for the 2023 event will be Digital tickets, with no printed tickets available for purchase.

TRAVEL:

Is there dedicated parking for hospitality guests?

Hospitality guests at the Betfred British Masters will have access to Car Park 3.

I originally said I didn’t need a car parking pass and my plans have now changed, can you please arrange for one to be sent to me?

Please email premiumexperiences@europeantourgroup.com with your request and we will do our best to assist.

I need more than one car park hanger per two persons, how can I get more?

Additional car park passes cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability and onsite capacities. Please email premiumexperiences@europeantourgroup.com with your request and we will do our best to assist.

Where can the minibus we are coming on drop us and collect us?

Strictly no minibus’s will be allowed into the main Belfry Resort entrance so please make sue you picked up and dropped off in the public cark park which is situated in Car Park 3.

Where can a taxi pick-up / drop-off?

Strictly no taxi’s will be allowed into the main Belfry Resort entrance, please make sure you are dropped off and collected from the public car park which is situated in Car Park 3.

Is there a shuttle service running to / from the train station?

The Betfred British Masters will operate a free shuttle service from Birmingham International Station from Thursday 29th June – Sunday 2nd July.

Are there disabled shuttles / viewing areas available out on course?

There are disabled shuttles which will go between the public car park (car park 3) and welcome tent.

The best place for viewing would be on the 18th and 10th holes where we have built designated disability platforms.

Is there disabled / blue badge parking – where is it located and do I need a pass?

Designated parking for Blue Badge holders is located at the front of the hospitality car park. Access to dedicated parking for hospitality guests does require a pass.

Are there mobility scooters available onsite?

Yes, once you arrive, please head towards the welcome tent and you will see a designated area for this information.

How far is the hospitality parking from the hospitality facility?

The Champions Club is approximately a 20-minute walk from Car Park 3.

HOSPITALITY:

Will my special dietary requirements be catered for?

We aim to cater for all dietary requirements. Please ensure you advise the team in advance via premiumexperiences@europeantourgroup.com.

Can you please advise on timings throughout the day for hospitality?

Hospitality will open at 09:00 and close at 18:30 with Breakfast at 09:00 – 11:00, Lunch at 11:30 – 15:30 and afternoon tea at 16:30 – 17:30. For further details please contact premiumexperiences@europeantourgroup.com

Can I smoke or e-smoke on the terrace / in the grandstand?

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within hospitality, and this includes any grandstands or viewing platforms onsite.

Is hospitality wheelchair friendly / accessible?

Hospitality areas at our events are fully accessible.

Will there be somewhere for me to store bags / jackets?

There is not a designated cloakroom available within Champions Club. The tournament organizers will not be held responsible for any items left onsite.

Is there complimentary WiFi available?

Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the event. Please ask a host / hostess on the day and they can advise you if there are any specific log-in details.

Is there a dress code?

It would be recommended to wear casual golf wear. Appropriate footwear should be worn to avoid injury. Please check the weather forecast before you set off on your journey. Blue denim are not permitted in the Clubhouse or within Hospitality.

CHILDREN:

What is the policy on bringing children into hospitality?

Children are permitted within hospitality but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times and they still require their own admission ticket.

Can I bring a buggy / pushchair?

Yes - however please be aware of uneven terrain. The ground is uneven and particularly under wet conditions the ground may become slippery. Appropriate footwear should be worn to avoid injury.

Are there high-chairs available?

High-chairs are unfortunately not available in hospitality.

POST-EVENT:

I left an item in hospitality. Do you know if it has been handed in?

Any enquiries should be directed to premiumexperiences@europeantourgroup.com. Please note that the tournament organizers will not be held responsible for any items left onsite.

MISC:

Can I bring my own alcohol to site?

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into the venue.

Am I allowed to bring a camera?

The use of any cameras, computers and other electronic equipment at the Tournament Thursday to Sunday is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation. Cameras are allowed during the Pro-Am.

Is there a mobile phone policy?

The use of mobile phones is permitted but restricted to dedicated areas only, where event signage will refer to them as “mobile phone zones”. Only in these dedicated areas can calls be made or received, however phones must remain on silent at all times.

How do I know what time players are teeing off?

Tee times will be available on our website (https://www.europeantour.com/dpworld-tour/) or our app. Please note that the draw is not made until the Tuesday of event week.

How do I know who is playing in the event?

Entries close approximately two weeks prior to the start of the event and a full entry list is available on our website (https://www.europeantour.com/dpworld-tour/) or our app.

Are there TV’s in hospitality?

Full TV coverage of play will be available within hospitality.

Are there dedicated viewing areas out on course?

The best place for viewing would be on the 18th and 10th holes where we have built designated disability platforms.

Are there any other bars / facilities I can access on the course with my ticket?

Champions Club guests have access to a private viewing balcony overlooking the 18th green.

Are there disabled toilets on the course?

All toilet locations marked on the site map do have disabled toilets within the same vicinity.
