• I’m not a Sunday ticket holder (I’ve got one for Fri/Sat), but I do want to come back on Monday. Why can’t I?
Under the Terms and Conditions of Tickets for The 2010 Ryder Cup, it is clear in stating that only spectators holding valid tickets for SUNDAY will be guaranteed access to the course for play on Monday.
This condition must be adhered to as it would be impossible to predict the numbers of spectators if the gates were opened to all ticket holders and this inevitably would have significant implications for spectator safety and transportation.
For those spectators who visited the course on Friday, Ryder Cup Europe confirms that, under the Terms and Conditions of The 2010 Ryder Cup, ticket holders are not entitled to a refund. Nevertheless we appreciate the patience and consideration shown by spectators in the face of appalling weather conditions. We request that all Friday ticket holders retain their tickets. An announcement will be made onwww.rydercup.comfollowing the conclusion of The 2010 Ryder Cup regarding special ticketing opportunities for European Tour competitions in 2011, including The Celtic Manor Wales Open.
