Alfred Dunhill have announced the players selected to represent the 16 countries competing in this year's Alfred Dunhill Cup over the Old Course at St Andrews, October 12-15.
Spain, the defending champions, are represented by Miguel Angel Jiménez, Miguel Angel Martin and José Maria Olazábal.
Ernie Els, the World Number Two, leads South Africa with Retief Goosen and David Frost, the same team that won the Alfred Dunhill Cup in 1997 and 1998.
Host nation Scotland, winners of the Alfred Dunhill Cup in 1995, are led by the seven time European Number One Colin Montgomerie partnered by Gary Orr and Andrew Coltart.
Tom Lehman, the 1996 Open Champion, John Daly, who won the 1995 Open Championship over the Old Course at St Andrews, and Larry Mize represent the United States of America, three-time winners of the tournament.
Nick Price, the World Number 15, is making his eighth appearance for Zimbabwe. Isao Aoki captains Japan while Bernhard Langer leads a strong German challenge and Ian Woosnam captains Wales, who are returning to the Alfred Dunhill Cup competition after a three-year absence.
The 16 teams in the Alfred Dunhill Cup, sponsored by Alfred Dunhill the leading English name in luxury goods for men, will be drawn into four groups for the first three days of Round Robin Play. The leading team in each group will go forward to the semi-finals to be played on Sunday morning, October 15, followed by the final in the afternoon. The draw will take place in the Media Centre at St Andrews on Wednesday, October 11 at 10.30 am.
Prize Money will total £1 million with £100,000 going to each member of the winning team. The Alfred Dunhill Cup will be televised in the UK by Sky Sports with over six hours of live coverage on all four days of the tournament which will be seen in some 60 countries around the world.
