TICKETS:

Do I need to print my ticket out?

There is no need for you to print your ticket out. We only ask that it is easily accessible on your phone as it will be required at both the main entrance and when you check-in to hospitality.

When am I due to receive my e-tickets?

Tickets will be sent via email approximately 4 weeks out from the event. All tickets for the 2023 event will be digital tickets, with no printed tickets available for purchase.

TRAVEL:

Is there dedicated parking for hospitality guests?

Hospitality guests at the BMW PGA Championship will have access to Car Park 5, which is accessible via the green entrance on West Drive. The Ballroom is approximately a 15-minute walk from the car park, however, a shuttle service between the car park and the Practice Range will be in operation during tournament days.

I originally said I didn’t need a car parking pass and my plans have now changed. Can you please arrange for one to be sent to me?

I need more than one car park hanger per two persons, how can I get more?

Additional car park passes cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability and onsite capacities. Please email premiumexperiences@europeantourgroup.com with your request and we will do our best to assist.

Where can the minibus we are coming on drop us and collect us?

Strictly no minibuses will be allowed into the main Wentworth entrance so please make sure you are picked up and dropped off with a park-&-ride.

Where can a taxi pick-up / drop-off?

The taxi drop-off point is situated next to the park and ride pick up point, outside the main Welcome Tent. Taxis are permitted to use the red entrance on Wentworth Drive to drop-off, turn around and exit immediately.

Is there a shuttle service running to / from the train station?

The BMW PGA Championship will operate a free park and ride service from Virginia Water and Ascot train stations from Wednesday 13th September – Sunday 17th September. A shuttle service will also be available from Sunningdale operating from Tuesday 12th September – Sunday 17th September. Are there disabled shuttles / viewing areas available out on course?

There are various viewing areas throughout the course and on site that are clearly marked out for accessible viewing.

Is there disabled / blue badge parking – where is it located and do I need a pass?

Designated parking for Blue Badge holders is located in Car Park 4. Please note this must be prebooked due to limited capability.

Are there mobility scooters available onsite?

Yes, once you arrive, please head towards the welcome tent and you will see a designated area for this information. Please note that booking in advance is required. Booking is available online at www.eventmobility.org.uk or by phone on 01386 725391.

HOSPITALITY:

Will my special dietary requirements be catered for?

We aim to cater for all dietary requirements. Please ensure you advise the team in advance via premiumexperiences@europeantourgroup.com.

Can I smoke or e-smoke on the terrace / in the grandstand?

Smoking is not permitted anywhere within hospitality, and this includes any grandstands or viewing platforms onsite.

Is hospitality wheelchair friendly / accessible?

Hospitality areas at our events are fully accessible.

Will there be somewhere for me to store bags / jackets?

Unfortunately, there is not a cloakroom available for use within The Ballroom. The tournament organizers will not be held responsible for any items left onsite.

Is there complimentary WiFi available?

Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the event. Please ask a host / hostess on the day and they can advise you if there are any specific log-in details.

CHILDREN:

What is the policy on bringing children into hospitality?

Children are permitted within hospitality but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times and they still require their own admission ticket.

Can I bring a buggy / pushchair?

Yes - however please be aware of uneven terrain. The ground is uneven and particularly under wet conditions the ground may become slippery. Appropriate footwear should be worn to avoid injury.

Are there high-chairs available?

High chairs are unfortunately not available within hospitality.

POST-EVENT:

I left an item behind in hospitality. Do you know if it has been handed in?

MISC:

I would like to give each of my guests a gift, can I send these in advance and can a hostess give them out?

Can I bring my own alcohol to site?

Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into the venue.

Am I allowed to bring a camera?

The use of any cameras, computers and other electronic equipment at the Tournament Thursday to Sunday is not permitted other than with the proper accreditation. Cameras are allowed during the Pro-Am.

Is there a mobile phone policy?

The use of mobile phones is permitted but restricted to dedicated areas only, where event signage will refer to them as “mobile phone zones”. Only in these dedicated areas can calls be made or received, however phones must remain on silent at all times.

How do I know what time players are teeing off?

Tee times will be available on our website (https://www.europeantour.com/dpworld-tour/) or our app. Please note that the draw is not made until the Tuesday of event week.

How do I know who is playing in the event?

Entries close approximately two weeks prior to the start of the event and a full entry list is available on our website (https://www.europeantour.com/dpworld-tour/) or our app.

Are there TV’s in hospitality?

Full TV coverage of play will be available within hospitality.

Are there dedicated viewing areas out on course?

The best place for viewing would be on the 10th and 14th where we have built designated platforms.

Are there disabled toilets out on the course?

All toilet locations marked on the site map do have disabled toilets within the same vicinity.
