A new season is underway with Ross Fisher and Lee Westwood narrowly missing out on victory in the HSBC Champions to Phil Mickelson. Westwood's approach play was his major strength in Shanghai as he hit an impressive 76.4% of greens during the week, equating to 55 of the 72 greens, topping the Greens in Regulation Category in the Genworth Financial Statistics.
Westwood also finished the week third in the Driving Distance Category behind Sergio Garcia while Fisher was was also no slouch with his approach play as he finished second in the Greens in Regulation Category, hitting 72.2% of the Greens in Regulation.
Nick Dougherty enjoyed the best week on the greens as he topped both the Putts per Greens in Regulation Category and the Average Putts per Round.
