The Hero Challenge is an exciting night-golf event which sees a number of the game’s brightest stars battle it out on a sudden-death shoot-out hole at a number of iconic locations around the world.
Since its inception in 2017, the innovative event has visited the likes of Edinburgh Castle, Canary Wharf, the Albert Docks and the stunning Atlantic Hotel in Dubai as it has grown into one of the European Tour’s most popular spectacles.
World-class players such as Matt Kuchar, Andrew Johnston, Henrik Stenson, Tommy Fleetwood, Li Haotong, Lee Westwood, Patrick Reed and Alexander Levy have all won prestigious Hero Challenge title.
During the 2019 Hero Challenge at the Albert Docks in Liverpool, England’s Charley Hull became the first female player to compete in the showpiece event.
In 2019 the Hero Challenge is being staged at the Betfred British Masters, the Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open and the season-ending DP World Tour Championship, Dubai.
