DP World Tour First Stage Qualifying School took place at Golfclub Schloss Ebreichsdorf in Austria last week, with 18 players making sure of progression to Stage Two.
Italian Matteo Cristoni set the pace, leading 18 players through with a four-round total of 12 under par.
The 23-year-old signed for rounds of 70-68-67 over the opening three days before firing a five under par 63 on the final day to win by one from German Leon Breimer.
Three players shared third place on ten under par, including Ireland’s Mark Power, Dutchman Jerry Ji and Italian Lucas Nicolas Fallotico.
Scores of four under par or better secured progression, with the 18 players now having direct access to the Second Stage and playing opportunities on the DP World Tour alongside full playing status on the HotelPlanner Tour for the 2026 season.
