After enjoying a distinguished amateur career, which included representing GB & Ireland at the Walker Cup and reaching the final of the Amateur Championship, he teed it up on the HotelPlanner Tour for the first time in 2020.

The Dundonald Links resident would earn his breakthrough win in 2022 before going on to narrowly miss out on promotion the same year. Another near miss would follow in 2023 and, despite notching his second victory at the Swiss Challenge, Walker would once again fall short a year later

In 2025, however, the Scot’s fortunes finally changed and following a season which included four top tens, including a tie for third at the Rolex Grand Final supported by The R&A, he celebrated promotion to the DP World Tour.
