While most young talents head across the pond to take up college scholarships in the United States, the Englishman opted to stay closer to home, more specifically Doncaster Golf Club, Yorkshire. From there, the teenage prodigy entered DP World Tour Qualifying School and advanced through all three stages in 2023 to earn playing privileges on Golf’s Global Tour.

After splitting his playing schedule across the DP World Tour and HotelPlanner Tour in 2024, Berry once again retained his playing rights via Final Stage Qualifying School at INFINITUM.

Starting 2025 playing on the DP World Tour, Berry’s attention quickly shifted towards the Road to Mallorca following his maiden professional victory at the Kolkata Challenge. From there, the 20-year-old would register two runner-up finishes and three further top tens on the HotelPlanner Tour to end the season inside the promotion places and, in turn, return to Golf’s Global Tour on an improved category.
