Julien Sale claimed the crown in France, as he made history to become the first home winner of the tournament. It was a narrow win for the Frenchman, who carded a final day 68 to take his total to 12 under par for the week, one-stroke ahead of Denmark’s Hamish Brown.
Fellow Frenchman and Road to Mallorca number four, Maxence Giboudot, was the featured player as he discussed his three under par opening round and his season so far. The 22-year-old finished the week in 16th, with a respectable six under par total through his four rounds.
