Advance E-tickets can be purchased online through the official European Tour ticketing platform, hosted by Eventbrite (Official Ticketing Agent to European Tour). To buy tickets click here.
If I haven't received my E tickets, how do I obtain them?
All E-Tickets will be sent to your email address 14 to 28 days prior to the event
Purchasing Tickets on the Gate
Tickets can also be purchased at the gate on the day during the event which is located in the Welcome Pavilion South entrance and North entrance tent.
Tickets sold at the gate are subject to availability, we suggest to buy in advance online to avoid any disappointment. Please note that a higher price will apply for on the day sales.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
E-tickets - At the event you can either present a printed ticket or have it ready to view via a smart· phone
Ticket Checking/Conditions Of Entry
Ticket checking will take place once Spectators arrived at the Welcome Pavilion (North & South)
The Ticket Collection point is also located at the Box Office within the Welcome Pavilion (South)
Can I leave and then come back in?
Yes but you will be stamped on exit and you will also need your ticket on return.
What are the ID requirements and is there an age limit to enter the event?
- Under 12's are free of charge
- Customers 12 to 17 years are entitled to a Junior ticket
- Customers 18-21 years are entitled to a Concession ticket
- Customers 60 and over are entitled to a Concession ticket
- Students with a valid student card are entitled to a Concession ticket
- Season tickets Adult and Concession allow entry Wednesday 3 July to Sunday 7 July inclusive
- Customers who are registered disabled are entitled to a Concession ticket
