Boonlert Pork Wonton Noodles with Soy Sauce Grilled Pork
Boonlert's signature dish has to be the soy sauce grilled pork noodles. Although it appears simple, the roasted pork, which uses only the loin to achieve tenderness, is marinated in a special soy sauce for more than 4 hours before being grilled over a charcoal fire. Then serve it over soft, perfectly cooked noodles. Red pork rice is recommended if you want to try something different.
Sawang Bami Kam Pu (Si Phraya)
Crab claws are what brought this family-run noodle shop, with three branches, its fame. Order anything on the menu though and you won't be disappointed - it's all fresh and top quality. Just be sure to try their famous noodles with extra soup.

You can find mango sticky rice on every corner, but this legendary shop near the Grand Palace uses a family recipe passed down the generations for over 80 years. The rice is perfectly cooked with the right level of sweetness. Try their durian variation for a different flavour kick!
Guay Tiew Kua Kai Suan Mali
Suan Mali chicken roasted noodles have been serving customers deliciousness for a long time, with chicken marinated until soft into the meat. A rare cooking technique results in crispy on the outside and soft on the inside noodles. A single meal costs about 50 Baht. Customers are always ordering more because it is so delicious!

This trendy stand in the old town sells legendary braised beef noodle soup - and the beef is masterfully braised. Try their noodles with different cuts of beef for a variety of textures or go off menu and ask for the beef hotpot for an extra serving of beef.

This long-standing Chinatown stall may have moved to the outskirts, but its flavourful fish balls still attract many diners. The old townhouse may look a bit run down, but the food more than makes up for that.
