Hospitality Opens: 09:00
Breakfast: 09:00 - 11:30
Lunch: 12:00 - 15:00
Afternoon Snacks: 15:30 - 17:00
Hospitality Closes: 18:00

Vegetarian & vegan options will be available as alternatives each day.

Tickets & Access
You have been sent an electronic ticket which also
serves as a Car Park 2 Pass.
Please note your e-ticket enables you to access both the
course and the Earth Lounge.
Wristbands will be handed out at the Earth Lounge check-in
desk. This will enable you to come and go throughout the day.

Dress Code
Smart casual attire is recommended (shorts are permitted, but no ripped denim).
Please note that metal spikes are not permitted.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping is not permitted in or on the structure or balcony.
We kindly ask that you step outside the structure to smoke or vape.
Accessibility

Mobile Phones
The use of mobile phones is permitted at the DP World Tour
Championship, and we encourage you to enjoy and share your experience on social media. Please note that no calls should be made on the terrace of the Earth Lounge.
On course, the use of mobile phones is permitted, but they must be kept on silent at all times during play.
Travelling to the Event
Each guest will have access to Car Park 2 using their event ticket.
From Car Park 2, complimentary shuttles will transport hospitality guests to the Welcome Tent. Once your ticket has been scanned, you can take a shuttle from Car Park 1 directly to the Earth Lounge.
