Genesis Championship: Fantasy DP World Tour Powered by Axi ones to watch

The regular season ends here as the DP World Tour heads to South Korea for the Genesis Championship with high stakes up and down the Race to Dubai Rankings Delivered by DP World.

Here is everything that players of Fantasy DP World Tour need to know.

Woo Jeong Hills Country Club is our host for the second year in a row with All to Play For ahead of the DP World Tour Play-Offs.

Eugenio Chacarra took the Rankings lead with victory in India last week and will be looking to extend his advantage but fourth-placed Casey Jarvis is also in the field and could go second and trim the gap with a win.

Open champion Ryan Fox tees it up from sixth in the Rankings with Daniel Hillier and Jacob Skov Olesen - both in the top ten too - also in action.

Junghwan Lee defends his title and is joined in the field by World Number 14 Si Woo Kim, fellow Presidents Cup star Sungjae Im and a host of players from the co-sanctioning KPGA Tour.

At the lower end of the Rankings, Sebastian Söderberg, Sean Crocker and Kiradech Aphibarnrat are among those battling to get into the top 100 and have a full card for 2027, while Matteo Manassero and David Law are among those trying to keep them at bay.

With places in the top 70 and the Play-Offs also at stake, it truly is All to Play For.

Who are the most backed players?

Kim is our most backed player so far, featuring in a whopping 85% of teams, 17 percentage points clear of countryman Im.

There is then an even bigger drop to Fox on 43%, with Hillier and Belgian Thomas Detry rounding out the top five.

What is the Axi Edge Score?

The Axi Edge Score made a spectacular debut earlier this month as it tipped Jeff Winther, with the Dane going on to win his second DP World Tour title at the Danish Golf Championship on home soil.

The Axi Edge Score is a rating from 0-100 combining form, consistency and upside into a single score making it easier to compare players and gain the edge on your rivals.

The score is built entirely from data the Fantasy game already produces, via a composite golfer rating as follows:

Skill (50%)

What it measures: How well is this golfer scoring right now?

• Average fantasy points per tournament over the golfer's last five completed events

Consistency (30%)

What it measures: How reliable is this golfer?

• % of last five tournaments where the golfer finished above the field median Fantasy score

Risk (20%)

What it measures: How volatile is this player from week-to-week?

• Best single-tournament Fantasy score in the last five events

Who has the Edge?

Daniel Hillier

The Kiwi narrowly missed out on dual membership last season but has already surpassed his points total from 2025 and is within touching distance of the mark that would have got him to the PGA Tour 12 months ago. His 2026 campaign has been bookended with spells of excellent form after he started with four top tens in five starts but he then made just three cuts between late April and mid-July. A trip home after The Open looks to have recharged his batteries and he has not missed a cut on the Back 9, finishing second at both the Husqvarna British Masters hosted by Sir Nick Faldo and last week's DP World India Championship. Away from the DP World Tour he has won his home open and got married so while 2026 will always go down as a classic, a second win on golf's Global Tour and a PGA Tour card would be quite the cherry on the cake.

Favourite - Si Woo Kim

The World Number 14 is the highest-ranked player in the field and enjoying the most consistent spell of his career having reached a high of 13th in recent weeks. He has yet to win in 2026 but has come secoond three times as part of 11 top tens in 24 starts with just one missed cut. That form helped him be the top qualifier for the Internationals at the Presidents Cup, where he claimed three points from five in a narrow defeat. The South Korean also had his best Major result in 2026 with a tie for sixth at The Open and a maiden DP World Tour title on home soil this week would be his first professional victory outside of the United States, having played on the Korn Ferry and PGA Tours since he was a teenager. He is also well rested, having not played an individual stroke play event since the Tour Championship in August.

Form Horse - Eugenio Chacarra

Three. Two. One...... don't worry, nothing is going to explode, except maybe your points tally if you put the Spaniard in your team this week. Those are his last three results, having made the podium in France, come runner-up with a fractured toe on home soil and lifted the trophy in India. A two-time winner in the summer in the Netherlands and Italy, he now has his eyes set firmly on the Harry Vardon Trophy and this will be his tenth week playing out of the last 11. When asked what comes next following his win in New Delhi, he simply said: "Keep winning. You know, that's why we tee it up. I'll see you guys out in Korea." In the form of his life and clearly overflowing with confidence, the man at a career-high 39th in the world could take some stopping this week.
