The Genesis Scottish Open is proud to showcase an outstanding line-up of Scottish food and drink vendors from across the country, including many fantastic local businesses from East Lothian and the surrounding area.
From artisan coffee and handmade pizzas to locally made gelato, gourmet burgers and international street food, fans can enjoy incredible flavours and fantastic value all around the course. Whether you’re looking for a quick coffee between holes or a full meal while soaking up the atmosphere, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
To make things even better, all traders across the course will be offering great value meal deals throughout the event, giving fans the chance to enjoy high-quality food offerings.
Fan Favourite Dishes & Meal Deals
There are plenty of must-try dishes across the course this year, with traders serving up everything from comfort food classics to international street food favourites.
Highlights include the American Classic Hot Dog from Brigston’s, loaded with onions, pickles, ketchup and mustard for £9.00, while fans looking for a hearty start to the day can enjoy the Brigston Big Breakfast Roll with tea or coffee for just £10.50. Their classic hot dog and chips meal deal is also available for £11.00.
Seafood lovers can enjoy Alandas’ Fresh Hand-Filleted Battered Haddock & Chips for £16.00, served by the North Berwick favourites just down the road from the course and those preferring chicken can enjoy Wing Theory’s’ Crispy Fried Chicken Strips with fries and a drink for £14.50.
Pinkos will be bringing bold Korean flavours to the 15th Mini Village with their hugely popular Korean Fried Chicken Rice Bowl for £12.50.
Meanwhile, Wild at Heart’s Low ‘N’ Slow Toastie, packed with cheddar and slow-cooked BBQ pork shoulder is set to be another crowd favourite at £10.50. Fans can also enjoy the Heart Melt Toastie with salt and rosemary fries for £12.00, alongside bacon roll and hot drink breakfast deals for £7.00.

The Fan Village Food Trucks bring together some of Scotland’s favourite street food traders right in the heart of the action.
Visitors can enjoy freshly brewed coffee, cakes and breakfast rolls from Wee Green, classic hot dogs from Brigston’s, authentic Lebanese flavours from Lemon Squeezy, and stacked burgers from Absolute Mobile Catering.

The Fan Village Food Court is the ultimate destination for food lovers, packed with fantastic Scottish operators serving flavours from around the world.

The 15th Thistle Village offers one of the most exciting food line-ups on site, featuring brilliant Scottish independents and local favourites.
