Two-time Major champion Jon Rahm will compete in this year's Open de España presented by Madrid at Club de Campo Villa de Madrid.
An ever-present at his national open since winning the title on his debut in 2018, the Spaniard is set for his eighth appearance.
Champion also in 2019 and 2022, Rahm finished runner-up to countryman Angel Hidalgo in a play-off in 2024 and will resume his bid to surpass Spanish great Seve Ballesteros with a fourth triumph.
Angel de la Torre holds the record as a five-time winner between 1916 and 1925.
Twice a winner this season worldwide, he will once again be a big draw for fans at Club de Campo Villa de Madrid, with this year's edition of one of the DP World Tour's most historic events to be held from October 8-11.
