Home favourite Rafa Cabrera Bello will be part of a trio of Ryder Cup stars teeing off together when the Estrella Damm Catalunya Championship gets under way on Thursday.
The Spaniard played in the biennial spectacular in 2016 and he will be joined by 2021 star Bernd Wiesberger and three-time Ryder Cup winner Francesco Molinari.
The three-ball - with 21 DP World Tour wins between them - will get started at 13:30 from the first tee of the Pink Course at Real Club de Golf El Prat.
Winner in 2026 Nacho Elvira starts his campaign ten minutes earlier as he goes in search of home glory alongside reigning Sir Henry Cotton Rookie of the year Martin Couvra and England's Dan Bradbury.
And there is more local interest in the 13:10 group as Adri Arnaus - winner of this event in 2022 - and Angel Hidalgo get started in the company of Germany's Freddy Schott.
In the morning, El Prat member Pablo Larrazábal gets up and running alongside another Spaniard in Eugenio Chacarra and Italy's Matteo Manassero from the tenth at 08:10, ten minutes before rising star Angel Ayora, South Africa's Jayden Schaper and Frenchman Julien Guerrier.
