In a battle of fitness and power, golfers are faced with the 1km cycling challenge.
With the 2023 UCI Cycling World Championships taking place in Scotland from the 3rd-13th August, we challenged six DP World Tour golfers and three golf broadcasters to test out their sprint skills on a Zwift bike to see who can complete 1km the fastest.
Lewis Stewart, a Commonwealth Champion l, visited the Genesis Scottish Open at the Renaissance Club in July and popped into the players’ gym to set a target time of 56s. We then put the DP World Tour golfers to the test to see if any could match his pace on the bike.
