The event will be held from Wednesday 26 July – Sunday 30 July, 2023 at Royal Porthcawl, Wales.

Tickets are only available to purchase via European Tour Group’s Official Site.

How do I sign up for event news, ticket, player announcements, tee times etc.?

Fans are be able to sign up to be the first to hear Senior Open event news & for priority ticket access here. You can also follow the Legends Tour on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, where announcements will be made in the lead up to the event.

TRANSPORT

Is there parking available for the event, and how much does it cost?

No onsite parking will be available to purchase for ticket holders, however Park & Ride will be available free of charge to all ticket holders. Information and location will be available closer to the event and communicated to all ticket holders. Accessible parking options are also available for disabled badge holders, please contact ticketing@europeantourgroup.com with the relevant documentation to secure a spot.

Are there public travel options to attend The Senior Open Presented by Rolex?

Yes, there will be public transport options available for this event. Information and itineraries will be available closer to the event and communicated to all ticket holders.

TICKET INFORMATION

Can Juniors come to The Senior Open Presented by Rolex for free?

Complimentary tickets for those aged 15 years and under are available upon purchase of an Adult or Youth ticket. Junior tickets are required to be redeemed at the time of original purchase. All ticket types, including Junior Tickets are subject to availability, and cannot be issued in advance or at the gate once a day has sold out. To add Junior tickets to an existing order, please email ticketing@europeantourgroup.com

CUSTOMER SERVICE

When will I receive my tickets for the event?

Tickets will be sent via email approximately 4 weeks out from the event. All tickets for the 2023 event will be Digital tickets, with no printed tickets available for purchase.

What do I do if I haven’t received my tickets?

If you haven’t received your tickets via email, and there is less than 7 days until the event contact our customer service team - Ticketing@europeantourgroup.com. When contacting us please include your order number, the surname of the booking and the email address used to create the booking. Please do check your junk/spam/clutter folder in your emails before contacting us.

I have bought a ticket for one day of the event but would like change to a different day. Is this possible?

Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable under these circumstances.

What happens if the event is cancelled or goes behind closed doors?

Ticket buyers will receive a refund if their ticket is cancelled by the PGA European Tour due to COVID-19. Full details can be found within our Ticket T&Cs.

What happens if capacity for the event is limited due to COVID-19 restrictions?

Ticket buyers will receive a refund if their ticket is cancelled by the PGA European Tour due to COVID-19.

Will there be social distancing in place at the event?

The Health & Safety of fans, players & staff will be at the centre of all planning for the event, and government guidance at the time of the event will be followed in this respect. If there is a requirement for social distancing or contact tracing during the event, we will contact ticket purchasers directly to advise on next steps.

What happens if local COVID-19 restrictions where I live impact my ability to travel to the event?

If the Ticket Purchaser is unable to attend The 2023 Senior Open Presented by Rolex with spectators because they live in an area which is subject to a local lockdown, restricting them from being able to come to the venue, a full refund will be issued (Subject to conditions outlined within the Full Ticketing T&Cs).
