Following an impressive amateur career, including helping Spain win the triumph at the 2022 European Amateur Team Championship, he started his professional journey on the Alps Tour, where he sealed his first victory at the Red Sea Little Venice Open in 2023. The same year, Vidal would finish second on the Order of Merit to earn HotelPlanner Tour status.

In his second season at the level, Vidal would ease to promotion following a campaign which included a breakthrough victory, coming at the Delhi Challenge, and four further top ten finishes.

The 26-year-old adds to a promising crop of Spanish talent who have followed a similar path in recent years.
