    The second youngest man to win on the European Senior Tour (behind John Bland) when he captured the 1998 Jersey Seniors Open on only his second start. Won twice more in 1999 but then did not claim a fourth Senior Tour title until the 2001 STC Bovis Lend Lease European Invitational at Woburn. Has spent the last few years focusing on his burgeoning career as a golf course architect. A regular on The European Tour during much of the 1970s and 1980s with his best year coming in 1975 when he won twice at the Madrid Open and the Piccadilly Medal, on his way to finishing second on the Order of Merit behind Dale Hayes. Also a winner of 15 events in his native Australia and once in the United States at the 1982 Tallahassee Open. Represented his country in two World Cups and headed the Australasian Tour Order of Merit on no fewer than four occasions.
