With three holes to play of the 108 hole examination of The European Tour Qualifying School Final Stage, looked like missing out on a card before he staged one of the greatest finishes ever witnessed at San Roque. A birdie, hole-in-one, birdie finish on the New Course won him the 17th card. Started out as a caddie at the age of 11 but was always practising and soon realised he had a talent for the game. Lists Eduardo Romero, Angel Cabrera and Rocardo Gonzalez as the players he is trying to emulate and looks forward to joining them on The European Tour for the 2006 season.
