Adrian Meronk got a pleasant surprise when he turned up for his practice round on Tuesday at The 150th Open Championship.
The Pole turned up for his 8.35am tee time on the tenth to discover that 15-time Major Championship winner Tiger Woods was already there.
A history-maker himself after winning the Horizon Irish Open to become the first Polish winner in DP World Tour history, Meronk asked if he could tee it up with the three-time Champion Golfer of the Year and went around St Andrews with the man who has twice won the Claret Jug on the Old Course.
