Tyrrell Hatton is looking forward to the rest of the season after closing the 2022 US PGA Championship with a final-round 68 to finish in a tie for 13th place.
Hatton recovered from an early bogey with birdies at the fourth, 11th and 17th on Sunday to finish level par for the tournament.
The Englishman quickly turned his attention to the upcoming events, especially the 150th Open Championship at St Andrews in July.
He said: "Obviously I'm excited for St Andrews. I played there in 2010 as an 18-year-old. That was my first Open.
"So it will be special to be back there. The Dunhill Links has been kind to me, and obviously we play St Andrews a couple of times throughout the week, so it's a course I know pretty well by now.
"I'm excited for the rest of the year.
"Hopefully I can sort of be a little bit more consistent and give myself some chances on Sunday, and we'll go from there."
