    Born in Dallas, Texas, he had a brilliant amateur career, winning the US Amateur twice, playing college golf at the University of Texas and competing in the 2011 Walker Cup, reaching World Amateur Number One before turning pro in 2012.

    Became the first teenager since 1931 to win a PGA Tour event when he claimed the 2013 John Deere Classic at 19 before announcing himself as one of the hottest players on the planet in 2015 by becoming the second youngest Masters winner after Tiger Woods before winning the US Open the same year. Won a third Major title in the 2017 Open Championship at Royal Birkdale.

    Played in the Presidents Cup in 2013, 2015 and 2017, and The Ryder Cup in 2014 and 2016.

    Despite his young age, has already started the Jordan Spieth Charitable Fund, which provides awareness and financial assistance to special needs children, military families and youth golf.
