Won his first HotelPlanner Tour title in only his seventh start by triumphing in a play-off against Lorenzo Scalise at the Italian Challenge Open Eneos Motor Oil in June 2019.

Attained a further six top ten finishes in his maiden professional campaign as he secured graduation to the DP World Tour, in addition to a tied 15th finish at the Betfred British Masters on the DP World Tour where he set the course record with an opening 63 at Hillside Golf Club.

Finished in the top ten at the Open Championship in both 2023 and 2024, with the former held at his home course of Royal Liverpool Golf Club.
