    Claimed his first Challenge Tour victory at the 2019 Open de Bretagne, where he bounced back from a three over par opening round to ultimately win by two strokes. That win helped him to a fourth place finish in the Road to Mallorca, and a return to the European Tour, having gained his card for both of the previous seasons through Qualifying School.

    Grew up in Dubai and first picked up a club for the first time at the age of 12. Was a multiple Club Champion at Emirates Golf Club, home to the Omega Dubai Desert Classic.

    Played for the University of Colorado Golf Team from 2007 to 2011 and graduated with a degree in architecture.

    Became only the second amateur in history, after Martin Kaymer, to secure a victory on the Pro Golf Tour.
