Europe's only Senior Major returns to Scotland as The Gleneagles Hotel plays host to the best over-50s players in the world this week.
Pádraig Harrington - who has already taken his tally of Senior Majors to four in 2026 - defends the title he won at Sunningdale last year but he will have some big competition for the trophy.
Stewart Cink, Zach Johnson and Henrik Stenson join Harrington in having won a Claret Jug and they make their tournament debuts this week, with Johnson and Stenson playing in their first year of eligibility.
Joining them as debutants are Jamie Donaldson, who secured the winning Ryder Cup point for Europe at Gleneagles in 2014, Rory Sabbatini, Vaughn Taylor and Hennie Otto.
Darren Clarke won the event the last time it was held here in 2022 and he tees it up alongside fellow former winners KJ Choi, Alex Cjeka, Stephen Dodd, Miguel Ángel Jiménez and Mark Calcavecchia.
Add in local heroes Colin Montgomerie, Paul Lawrie and Stephen Gallachers and the likes of Ernie Els, Retief Goosen and Michael Campbell and it should be a week to remember.
